Stress

  1. A lot of college students stress and it is ok because stress sometimes is bad for you and sometimes it is good for you. According to Rita Landino, "Is all stress bad? Should you strive to stamp stress out of your life completely? The answer is no! Stress serves some very useful purposes in our lives." So if you stress don't be afraid. Also Rita Landino said that stress has different levels, when your stress level is low, when your stress level is at "moderate" which is medium, and when your stress level is high, your stress level should be at medium not lower or higher, so if your stress level is low or high you should go talk to a therapy and try to solve the stress issues and problems you are having and why they are low or high. People also do drugs and drink so they can let the stress go away temporarily and I think that it is a bad idea by drinking and doing drugs or even smoking.

  2. We always could get stressed anywhere, and anytime in our lives. I often get stressed because of my relationships with someone, some tasks I have to do or just feelings of the day. I often use "I'm stressed out!" in the situations. According to Rita Landino, "The term "stressed out" is one that many college students use to describe themselves." But also as he says in his writing, just saying "stressed out" has no meaningful effects to resolve the main problems. Always, there is a main reason that makes you stressful. You have to find the reason and change it to better one. If you don't implement anything and just wait until the stressful feeling gone, your stress get more stronger than before and maybe you can't control anymore. As Rita Landino says, stress is not always bad. But when we strive to get rid of all our stress, we can't succeed to remove all, and always our stress level is moderate when we struggle. We have to find and resolve the problem that cause the stress for sustain moderate level of stress in our lives.

  3. “Stress out is one that many college students use to describe themselves” was said by Rita Landino. I like this statement most because she can tell clearly about students. The students are usually stress, and especially final or test coming. In my point of views, I used to be stress and I try to overcome that situation. Sometime, I felt lonely and did not want to talk with anybody for some days. Unlike Rita ways, she gave us the effective way to reduce the stress as do not need to do anything at that time, and having a positive spirit, stress will be out of you mind. I usually stayed alone and silent in the first day, so after that I tried to call my friends and went out with me. The stress will reduce and I do not think about that anymore.

  4. Rita Landino said, "Stress serves some very useful purpose in our lives." I did not know that before I read this article. I thought stress causes all kind of the bad illness. However stress has not only bad effect. According to Landino Having a plan for stressful time is the most greatest method to deal with a stress. Doing healthy life style is really helpful to our stress. Also learning from the stress how to deal with the stress well in your life.

    P1 Landino (2016) gives another point, not all of the stress is bad for human. Sometimes stress is necessary for succeed people. He point out “Research on learning and stress levels shows that learning takes place under conditions of moderate stress.” So, we don’t have to be a “happy man” all the way. Sometimes we can find a goal and try to reach it. Be ambition if you can load it. The key point is how to control the level of stress. Don’t let the goal too easy and fell bored, nor too difficult then you can’t breathe.

Various reasons can generate stress like your studying, your career and your family. It is vital for us to control the stress rather than slaving by the stress. The writer also told us the stress is not always harmful for us. Moderate stress can transform to impetus for us. The strategies to reduce stress is also important. The issue that how to choose an effective way to manage stress is proved in this article. If we use incorrect way to face stress like drunk or drugs, this may deeply affect many things. Landino said, “One of the healthiest ways to manage stress is to plan for stressful times”. I highly agree this strategy for reducing stress. Keep a healthy life habits are effective for us to handle this bad situation in every day.

  7. Stress is a hard time for individual because the person has many things to do for long time. For example, college students have many classes, homework, and tests during the semester, so they fell stresses.
    Stress has positive and negative things, but people usually talk about negative stress. So, there are some ways help people to pass stress. First, you go out with your friend because it help you to refresh your mind. Second, according to Rita Landino you should talk with someone you feel comfortable to talk with. Third, according to Rita Landino,” work out your anger and frustration with physical activity.” In my opinion, people should knew different ways to deal with stress.

  8. Everyone has stress in life. It could be about relationship or work or study or future or something else. Depending on person, they have variety stress. When I was studying and working hard, I felt I have stress, but It was good things. According to Rita Landino, "Research on learning and stress levels shows that learning takes place under conditions of moderate stress. So, your goal is not to do away with all of the stress you experience; your goal is to keep the stress level at a moderate Level, neither so low that you are bored nor so high you are overwhelmed." I agree with his words. I believe that under the moderate stress, we can learn and grow up, and be healthy mentally. As a counter measure, Rita Landino describes that if you know that you will have stress such as exam, the best way is asking help who can support you beforehand. I think that knowing the way can solve the stress is important.

According to Landino, “All of us coping strategies to keep stress manageable.” We have method to fix a problem about stressed out college. They should management their times and try to healthy person. According to Landino, “Try to lead a healthy life with good eating habbits and regular sleep patterns.” Try to induce a robust life with good eating habits and normal sleep patterns.
